Female Genital Warts - What You Need To Know

By Brad J Johnson

Dealing with genital warts is something that no one wants to experience, especially since it can be easily be contracted through sex. The fact that genital warts can be passed on without any warts actually being present is a bit scary, but its been proven that even without growth or symptoms HPV can be passed on. With female genital warts it is usually easy to recognize since they form in clusters.

Its recommended that if you are worried about HPV, that you always use a condom. This is not a 100% effective method but it does lower the risk of you catching the virus. The Human Papilloma virus is what actually causes the genital warts to appear, and it is by far the most popular and active form of sexually transmitted diseases.

In the majority of cases, a woman will contract the virus during sexual intercourse with a partner who is already infected; it doesn't matter if warts or actually visible. The fact is, the virus can be carried by those who are not showing any actual signs or symptoms. Another point is that a mother may pass on the virus to a child during pregnancy. As a result, this means some babies can be born with the virus present in their system.

There are a variety of treatments available to get rid of the warts, but it is best that you discuss the options available to you with your doctor. You'll also find that there are quality herbal products available that can help you with the elimination of the virus.

Choosing a treatment option is a major decision, and that's why you need to take the time to fully review your options. If budget is a concern, then you should highly consider the products that are available with natural ingredients, as positive results have been recorded based on feedback from people who have had genital warts.

Interesting post,

Genital warts information can be found in many places and in many guises if only you look hard enough. Genital warts treatment methods can come in many different forms and which one you decide upon depends to a very large extent on your treatment preferences, the severity of your genital warts, your health, any underlying medical problems and if you are pregnant.

This article was very informative... I have to say that if you have genital warts and you're reading this article, its imperative that you see a doctor. Do not limit your treatment to just Internet searches and "all natural" remedies (like wartrol). Get professional, medical help!
